A considered visual identity refresh for an independent underwear brand driven by emotion and real stories.
Maina, founder of underwear brand The Underargument, approached LULACREATES to review and refresh a variety of design systems across the existing brand. The Underargument was a brand with so much passion and personality and a strong and super provoking point of view, but the visual identity had grown inconsistent over time and needed bringing into line with the quality and ambition of the brand itself.
The brief centred on a thorough colour and typography review, with the aim of uplevelling the brand's visual identity and establishing a clearer, more considered type hierarchy across all brand communications. Alongside this, LULACREATES worked on the brand's sub-brands, social media design and templates, and the creation of a new email template in Klaviyo.
What we delivered was a more cohesive, elevated visual system, one that gave Maina, the founder, the creative direction and and consistency to communicate the brand confidently across every touchpoint, from social media to email comms.
