Female-led by Louise O'Kane

With an innate desire to create, conceptualise ideas and carve an independent passion-driven career, Louise was led to founding LULACREATES, an agile business with a creative process guided entirely by the needs and challenges of the 200+ small businesses she's collaborated with.

Design and consumer-culture obsessed, Louise consumes the way both big brands and small brands are interacting with the world and takes insights into the work she delivers to LULACREATES' clients.

Louise works hands-on in all LULACREATES projects and, where required, will curate cherry picked creative and development teams to help deliver on projects.

With an agile, passion-led approach

We don't believe the traditional creative agency model works to serve all scaling SMEs. And whilst there's are some off-the-scale talented freelancers out there, they can't always offer the bigger picture services that an ambitious small brand needs.

So we choose to sit somewhere in-between. We expand and contract. We find and collaborate with the right creative, strategic and tech talent for your projects whilst everything is overseen with next-level creative and strategic direction and guidance.

We are passionate about female-led brands. Only 2% of investment currently goes to female-led businesses and this also drives the way we choose to work and operate. And in our world, only 1% of design studios are female-led.

We work with optimism knowing this is changing, and we're proud to be a part of that movement.
