Kollektiv Studio is a Copenhagen-based creative consultancy and transformational coaching practice founded by Pia Leichter. Kollektiv Studio works with individuals, brands, non-profits, and organisations to align internal purpose with external action - cocreating transformation through creativity, consultancy, and coaching. With over 15 years of agency experience and a deeply human approach, Pia bridges the gap between values and action, helping people and businesses build stronger cultures, more resonant lives, and remarkable brands.
Pia chose to collaborate with LULACREATES to develop a brand identity for her coaching and consultancy practice - one that communicated the ethos and vision of Kollektiv Studio as clearly as it communicated the depth of transformation at the heart of the work. The challenge was to create something that spoke to both the creative energy and the purposeful rigour of the practice; a brand that could connect with purpose-driven organisations and courageous individuals alike.
What we imagined was a bold, considered identity built on graphic systems designed to signal progress and shift. An earthy, confident colour palette, organic shapes, and a distinctive wordmark combine to create a brand world that feels alive with possibility. A visual identity that reflects the positive impact Kollektiv Studio has on everyone it works with, and the better world it is working towards.
