East Village exists to amplify women's voices in business. Built on 18+ years of PR expertise, the agency has recently evolved into a visibility agency - one that takes the foundations of public relations and moulds them into something more aligned with what women innovators really need in an increasingly digital world. At its core, East Village is about ensuring more women have a platform to be heard, and in doing so, driving greater gender equality in business.
In 2025, Tara Attfield Tomes, EV's founder asked LULACREATES to help elevate the brand's visual identity which was no longer reflective of the premium, progressive agency EV had become or with where they were heading. The brief was to create something that felt fresh and more considered - a brand refresh for a small but mighty agency that had outgrown its original identity - whilst retaining the essence and personality of the founder and the team.
What LULACREATES delivered was a mindful elevation - a refined type, colour, and design system that gives the brand the structure and consistency it had been lacking, and a suite of design assets that now allows the in-house team to easily maintain that consistency going forward into the new evolution of the agency.
