Kid's brand: Refresh and packaging
A full visual identity overhaul for one of the UK's most loved baby and toddler brands.
Founded by Rachel Wood in 2011, Bibado grew to achieve global success with customers worldwide obsessing over their award-winning coverall bib, Handicutlery and other innovative products designed to make kid's mealtimes easier, less messy and a lot more fun. A brilliant product range that had outgrown its visual identity.
Bibado approached LULACREATES as the brand aesthetic had grown a little dated over time, and a dark, overly bright colour palette was working against the product designs rather than for them. The brief was a full visual identity overhaul, covering colour, typography, packaging and social, whilst leaving the logo completely untouched to protect the brand recognition they had worked hard to build.
Working within the established Bibado brand architecture, LULACREATES delivered a refreshed colour palette, updated typography system, new packaging designs for the coverall bib and Handi cutlery ranges, social media design and print collateral. The result was a brand that finally felt as considered and premium as the products it represented.
